Cope & Timmins choose Integrate from Intec to achieve seamless EDI Integration
Cope and Timmins have chosen to use Integrate for iSeries to facilitate the integration of their EDI Data with the recent upgrade to version 4 of IBS's ASW Application. As part of the migration of ASW from version 3 to version 4 Cope and Timmins would have to re-write all their Trusted Link EDI Mappings and this was an ideal opportunity to review their integration strategy.
Cope and Timmins have been supplying soft furnishings for over 200 years - their range comprises a huge selection of Made to Measure and Prepacked curtain poles, tiebacks, holdbacks, curtain tapes, linings, hooks and much more.
Integrate will sit between Trusted Link for iSeries and ASW and it will ensure that all data reaching ASW is correct and ready to be processed by the business. Any errors that are found will be escalated to the appropriate contact within the organisation by iSeries Break Message, Email or even Text Message to allow speedy resolution - and to avoid disappointed customers through delays in order processing. Integrate's Run and Re-run facilities allows data to be processed and re-processed very easily once errors have been corrected. Cope and Timmins will be implementing 7 Integrate Message Modules handling both Customer and Supplier side communications.
Integrate is a well established E-Commerce Integration tool that minimises the need for EDI technical expertise within an organisation whilst giving the flexibility to quickly respond to customer and supplier requests. Integrate for iSeries would move your organisation's EDI facilities from 'Rip, Read and Re-key' or 'Multi-map, Multi-partner and High Maintenance' to an Optimised, Manageable and Integrated environment.
