In order to maintain our reputation for providing a quality service and exceeding our customer expectations, we have implemented a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015. We are committed to a programme of continuous improvement, through which we are constantly reviewing and enhancing our offerings and our service support to customers.


All of the Intec technical staff have achieved professional certification with IBM in their particular area of expertise. With regard to IBM XPages, Intec personnel have had joint responsibility with IBM in developing the public examination which leads to certification.
