The conference was well-organised, well-sponsored, well-attended, and had some great sessions, not to mention a keynote from Alistair Rennie. The “attendees” also included a yellow Lotus outside the IBM offices in Brussels. The hospitality of IBM Belgium was welcome too. It was also nice to meet up with other speakers and, if not put a face to a name (twitter and other media already do that), then at least put a personality to the face.

I certainly look forwar to getting involved in future LUGs including, most notably for those in UK and Ireland, ILUG in November.
